Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • All kit components, including figurine/craft, paints, brushes, instructions, and packaging, must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@arttoheartkits.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Opened or used craft kits.

  • Opened paint containers.

  • Opened or partially used Plaster of Paris materials.

  • Used brushes or accessories.

  • Clearance, sale, or discontinued items unless faulty.

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
